Health is such a hot topic, all the time. Without one’s health, where would we be? We will not go there
today. But what I will cover is having good health, Abundant Health. Vibrant Health. That is a true
Today I want to cover Young Living Essential Oil called, “Abundant”.
I blogged a bit back on this oil on my website, and I believe when one has abundance in
health, you can be so fortunate. Why do I say this? In high school, I worked the evenings as a nurse’s aide.
Back then, it was in the nursing home. My heart was so tender(still is), at 17-18 years old. I kept telling myself,
“There has to be a better way to live then the last few years of one’s life, than in the nursing home. ” They all know they are coming here until they die. Oh, it was so pathatic to me. So dreary a thought. That I tried hard to bring sunshine to
these lovely elderlies lifes. I promised myself to learn from this. To come up with away to bring life into
someone, not to just sit back and watch life go by from a chair. Unless, one doesn’t mind it, that is. ๐Ÿ™‚
I still feel this way.
When I go into the nursing homes, that is.
I feel like we have to change the name to something that gives one hope, the will to live and love.
And love to live.

So coming back to the Young Living’s Essential Oil, “Abundance”, I want to bring you abundant thoughts on this oil to retain and maintain good health.
Which single oils are in blend of Abundance?
Orange, Frankincense, Patchouli, Clove, Ginger, Myrrh, Cinnamon and Spruce.
I will be covering two of them single oils in Abundance, each day so you can see what this blend does for you, bringing Abundance into your health.
Until tomorrow…have a healthy day!

Day 2;
We are going to cover two of the eight essential oil singles in the Young Living’s Essential Oil blend called, “Abundance” as I mentioned yesterday.
Here are Orange and Frankincense.
Orange is well known for it’s citrus fresh scent, many think of it as a warm climate produce so many associate good thoughts with this scent. Orange Essential Oil has been used in many different applications such as antidepressant, anticancer, antiseptic, antispasmodic, palpitation, scurvy, jaundice, bleeding, heartburn, relaxed throat, prolapse of the uterus and the anus, diarrhea and blood in the feces, complexion, dermatitis, muscle soreness, tussue repair, water retention, wrinkles and more. It is great for digestion and also a sedative. Oranges are thought to evoke generosity and gratitude. Orange you glad I wrote that? Sorry…for my goofy humor. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Orange oil is very high in d-limonene(<90%) which translates to a very high anti-cancer/antibac/antifungal/antiseptic and antiviral essential oil to me. ๐Ÿ™‚
is well known in a biblical sense but not so well known in what it can do for one. Over 52 references in the bible to Frankincense. It is considered a holy oil in the Middle East. It is used for spiritual awareness(very high in frequency for this) and meditation. Those in that use essential oils love this oil for many things. Now that you know each of the single oils in Abundance Essential Oil for it’s uses/properties. Now take a peek at it’s combined energy!

Abundance was a blend designed to enhance one’s magnetic energy and create the law of attraction through the magnetic field around us. It may attract good health, riches in many ways. It also has great antiviral/antifungal properties which is great for the immune system.

Orange ~ peace & happiness to mind and body (emotional support)
Frankincense ~ helps oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands
Patchouli ~ calming, sedating and relaxing which in turn reduces anxiety, may have influence on sex, physical energy & money
Clove ~ improves memory, may help in healing, creates a sense of protection and courage
Ginger ~ warming, uplifting, empowering. May help in physical energy, love and courage, may also work on nausea and motion sickness
Myrrh ~ part of the formula the Lord gave to Moses (Exodus 30:22-27), true gift, when we open our mind and heart to recieve the gifts, they are given.
Cinnamon Bark ~ Another part of the formula above mentioned. It has a specific purpose as powerful purifier, oxygenator and enhances the other essential oils. Can stimulate and have a tone effect on the whole body and more so the circulatory system. May bring about the feeling of happiness.
Spruce ~ Grounds the body, creating balance and the opening to give and recieve. May help dilate the bronchial tract to improve the exchange of oxygen. Can help release emotional blocks.

As you can see this blend works on many parts of the body to equal the whole system. This in itself is just an amazing blend. In particular, the emotional balance, of ones body. When this is out of whack, we can testify we cannot think straight and we have difficulties in managing, ones own life.
When used, this blend can create a harmonic balancing of energy for the surrounding area. Great as a perfume, diffusing or added to other oils you maybe using. I love to use this particularly before my day starts. To balance me and give me boost to start my day!

MnSue leaving you to a great w-end!
