Start Living With Everyday Oils Kit, 8 of 9 – Purification Essential Oil Blend

Hello to you!

Welcome to Minnesota Sue’s blogpost on Young Living Essential Oils. Enjoying the beautiful fall day and sharing one of my many passions with you ~ essential oils.

Today we will cover the eighth botttle in the ‘Everyday Oils Kit’ called “Purification”.

Purification Blend has Citronella, Lemongrass, Rosemary cineol, Melaleuca, Lavandin and Myrtle in it’s blend of essential oils.

  • Citronella is well known for its insecticidal benefits and less for it’s antiseptic, antibac, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and deoderizing benefits.
  • Lemongrass is great for helping with waking up the lymphatic system (remember this is the only system that needs help, that does not pump through the body like other fluids), helps circulation, aids in oxygen flow, can be a sedative, is anti-inflammatory, antibac, antiseptic and also vasodilator ( helps the blood pump better).
  • Rosemary cineol helps improve circulation and stimulating nerves. So can work great for the blood and reducing ones fatigue. Again antiseptic and anti-infectious.
  • Malaleuca is great for detoxing and cleansing the blood. It also may aid in function of the heart. Here we go again, making Purification Blend a “go to” bottle for many of them colds/bugs that go around. It is antibacterial, antifungal, anti-infectious, antiseptic, antiviral and immune-stimulant.
  • Lavandin is antifungal, antibacterial, strong antiseptic and can also rebuild tissue.
  • Myrtle is a great for a decongestant of the respiratory system. Helps in getting rid of mucus (both in loosening it up and discharging). Antiseptic, antibacterial and can be euphoric and elevating.

Great for diffusing all over with animals(barn/ small buildings) even too. Remember to give breaks in between of diffusing. I prefer to do it with a diffuser which has a timer that breaks up the time for me, without having to remember. 🙂

Great for on vitaflex points, over the chest diluted with a good vegtable oil if congested. This is great for clearing the air of bad scents. Works great out on the deck, to ward off bugs. I love this blended with a citrus oil and diffused in the house.

This has worked awesome on spider bites, bee stings and unknown type of rashes. It is a great repellant for bugs and small rodents. Leave on cottonball/paper tissue. Great for sterilizing wounds and cuts. Cuts the air of bad smells quickly as it goes after the bacteria, molds and fungus in the air.

Enjoy and we are onto the last post – Valor! I love that one..oh gosh. I love so many of them!!

MnSue leaving you to another great day in the good ol’ land of 10,000 lakes!
